A friend of mine joined us for the concert, but I only booked a room for 2. The staff member was very accommodating even though they were very busy. I will stay at this hotel again.

Very nice hotel.
Liked: Pretty much everything else was great.
Disliked: We thought the couch bed was going to be a double bed, so we ended up having to have one person sleep on the couch cushions on the floor. And the hotel had run out of extra blankets and pillows.

The staff will make sure you are taken care of. Its clean and so comfortable
Liked: Joseph, the person who checked us in, went above and beyond to fix a mistake I made during check in. It made a rough day so much better
Disliked: Nothing, it's our hotel of choice when in the area
