Great value for money, good...

Liked: Room was small but for the chain/price it was to be expected. Reception staff Mary and Destiny were great and super helpful.Bed was extremely comfortableBreakfast was standard and enough for everyone. Coffee is great and available at reception 24hrs (as well as hot water and Teas). Location was good, not too busy as being uptown. Subway stations within 5-10 minutes walk.Very close to famous Wall Street and the 'BULL'Has good restaurants within walking distance and a great bagel bakery and Starbucks across the road.
Disliked: (Not hotel fault but...) if you're having a car with you, be aware parking charges are very high, up to 75USD on weekends for an overnight parking session.

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The location is great with a bus stop (M15-SBS) right in front of the hotel and the big Wall Street ferry terminal just steps away. The subway is close as well. The process of checking in and out was easy. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included during our stay. The buffet was a pleasant surprise with a big variety of options (among others there were cinnamon rolls, bagels, a choice of savory hot dishes containing egg, meat or potato, a cereal bar, a pancake machine, coffee, tea, hot and iced chocolate, milk, juices, fresh fruit and yogurt).
Disliked: We considered the accommodation a great value. New York City hotels are expensive and the rooms are small in general. Given that, we as a group of three felt that we had enough space. There was a closet to hang some clothes and three drawers. Some parts of the interior looked a bit dated, but it was clean and as far as we could tell all the facilities worked properly. There was a fridge and a microwave in the room. In the bathroom there was a sufficient amount of surface space next to the sink to put toiletries and hooks for towels. Water pressure and temperature was fine. The mattress on the bed seemed a bit worn out, but we slept well. The pull out couch wasn’t very sturdy and the mattress on it was thin. Nevertheless our child said it was comfortable. Though it didn’t bother us, if you need quiet to sleep you should consider that it can be noisy due to sounds from the fridge, the AC, the street below and the hallway.
