Disliked: Charged for parking which i thought was free if parking onsite, breakfast was poor regarding availability , considering you pre booked your time to eat , not all elements of the cooked breakfast were there to select

Good Hotel, Minor Room Issues

Liked: I had a really nice stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Wakefield. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and my room was spotless and tidy. The stay was comfortable overall, and I was very happy with the experience.
Disliked: The telephone was missing in my room, and although there was an ironing board, there was no iron. Parking was also an issue — staff didn’t have accurate information about street parking, and guests risked getting tickets.

Disliked: Looks like hotel needs a refurb. But bathroom was very good.

Couples getaway

Liked: The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in the location was ideal for where we wanted to be check in was simple we had a fridge in our room which was an added bonus we had enough pillows which was also a plus the room was complete darkness again a massive plus.
Disliked: There was a stain on the carpet and the shower had watermarks but apart from this it would have been a 10/10.
