Liked: The staff were friendly
Disliked: No oat milk at breakfast. I asked for a cup of hot oat milk to go with an espresso from the machine (I do this at Premier Inn as I have a milk allergy) and was told they couldn't do that.

Superb

Good location, good room size.

Liked: Useful having a clothes iron and board in the room.
Disliked: Room was next to doors to lift vestibule - doors were making a noise when closing which could be heard in the room (6th floor).

Exceptional

Great place to stay for...

Liked: Location was central to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit. The room was good but could of done with the option of a fan - we use one all year round. Breakfast was good however there was no fresh fruit available.
Disliked: Need an optional fan for room. Fruit would have been great at breakfast, there was none.
