Liked: Clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and well equipped. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Good variety on offer for breakfast, eating area was clean and easily accessible and all items were available, kept tidy and efficiently replenished.
Disliked: Site was not easy to find.No indication on lift when called where it was or if it was coming

Liked: Breakfast was plentiful.,white Americano was lacking milk but there was separate milk available.
Disliked: The grouting in the shower had mould stains and didn’t feel clean. There was accumulated dirt behind the bathroom door and the bathroom door caught on the floor so need shaving. The iron was laced so far back on the shelf that I couldn’t reach it to use itZx

A lovely stay - would...

Liked: I was really pleased with the air conditioning in my room, as the weather was very hot and the room remained nice and cool. There was also a small fridge, which is a great addition. There were plenty of plug points to charge my devices, etc., one being right next to the bed.The breakfast offering was plentiful, and the staff were pleasant.
Disliked: There was a terrible sofa in the room , which really needs to be disposed of. It really was bad (full of huge stains and marks). The room would look so much better without it. It didn't affect my stay, as I didn't need to use it, although a nice sofa would perhaps come in handy if spending lots of time in the room.
