Superb
Liked: Space of the room and cleaness.
Disliked: Breakfast foods, especially pancake paste may be outdated.

Liked: Very clean hotel. Fast check-in. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Quiet room.
Disliked: their electric car charger didn't work! i booked this hotel only because of it. i had to get up an hour earlier and go to the charger. it was very hard after a walk in the park. better call and check!

This hotel could use some...
Liked: Room was clean and well stocked with towels. Continental breakfast was good. All the staff were very pleasant
Disliked: We tried to check in at 3 pm and was told our king sized room was not ready due to under staffing. After waiting for more than 45 min. We were told our room still wasn’t ready. But they had Queen rooms avail. Wish he would have said that 45 min sooner. The elevator was broken, the ice machine was broken, and the tv had less than half the channels working.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable for a one-night stay. TJ at the front desk was very friendly and helpful — great service from him.
Disliked: I was charged a double deposit for a single night. One deposit was released, but the second is still pending on my credit card after 10 days. I’ve contacted the property via email and Booking.com but received no response. I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Liked: The rooms were spacious and clean, and the pool was clean (but not very warm).
Disliked: The breakfast was very poorly stocked and organized. There were too few seats and tables for the guests, and many food and drink items were missing or not replenished at all. This seems to be a recurring issue at the hotel and I would recommend that management address it to meet the needs and expectations of their guests.
