Liked: The staff went out of their way namely, Richard to change us to an accessible room as there wasn’t one available when I booked. So very kind of him.

Liked: The family room was good....the place is nice. Beds comfy.
Disliked: Possibly offer warm milk for cereal for kids Also the cleaner walked into the room at 9 am before check out...didn't knock long enough. It felt invasive and no apology from the individual Could not control the heating the room was cold.

It was okay, I woyld...

Liked: The staff on check in were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very nice, the location is great with it being so close to the motorway and a short distance from the town centre, it was very quiet in the communal areas and hotel room and the communal areas looked modern and clean.
Disliked: Breakfast was only on till 10am which I found too early, it would have been better if it was on till 11 or 11:30, the bedroom was very small for us but we made do, the rooms looked clean on arrival but when I closely inspected there was dust all over the walls, the carpets weren’t ones that you would walk on barefoot as they were stained and looked dirty and the beds were not comfortable, especially the sofa bed, it had a big dent in it. Luckily it was only a toddler sleeping on the sofa bed otherwise it would have been extremely uncomfortable if it was an adult.
