Disliked: Toilet didn’t flush and arrived with poop already in the toilet! The lift also didn’t work

Liked: Great air conditioning in the room. Room was spotless. Great shower. Breakfast had everything. Couldn't fault this hotel

Liked: Close to a payable car park
Disliked: No proper parking, two lifts, one which would only take us up to floor 4 and we we were higher so had to take the steps, which need cleaning up, and the second lift clunked, thought it was going to brake down. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, light over the tall mirror would not turn off, light on the wall would not turn on.Drinks were way too expensive, so we chose to go out and for food.Very short on staff two people running around doing everything.And to be honest I didn’t feel that safe go out and walking around in that area.

Liked: The staff were amazing. There were a few that really stood out. Wayne, Tracey, Cameron and Jo (sorry if I got any wrong). They were friendly, funny, kind and helped with anything I needed.
Disliked: The lift broke down and one was not working. However, they did sort that quickly. The shower in my room leaked soaking bathroom and carpet bbut they sorted this very quickly.
