Comfortable and welcoming

Liked: The location was perfect for what we were doing in Wales.The Breakfast was lovely and the room was exactly as described and comfortable.The best thing, was your staff, genuinely brilliant, I get up early and do work stuff, your manager let me sit in the breakfast room from 0530 with my laptop and access to coffee, small but significant gesture. At breakfast on Sunday, there was a lady, who had such a lovely positive attitude that it just instantly made you smile. All the other staff were helpful and lovely. You have a great team there
Disliked: I want to try and pick something so that you can strive to be better, but I actually can’tOk, it would be great if there was a pool, that’s it and that actually didn’t matter that you didn’t, but it was pretty bang on

Good but could be better....

Liked: The bed was a queen size which was brilliant. The breakfast was included in the price and staff helpful.
Disliked: There was no lift so had to go up and down stairs not ideal with disabilities.it should have been made clear when booking because I could not get a refund as I booked through a third party. It was unfair that we were not told and the rooms downstairs were noisy so I refused to stay downstairs.

Liked: Our stay was excepsional, the staff greeting us were very happy very friendly & couldnt do enough for us also when we went back for a drink they remind very happy, pleasent and again couldnt do enough. I would definately recommend you.
