Comfortable beds and good breakfast. Good place to stay for a concert.

Disliked: The distance from the elevator.

Room was ready early with easy check-in. Room was very clean, but just a bit worn (renovations in process). Nice hot breakfast with many choices and friendly service. We stayed here for a concert at the Santander Arena - convenient location, just a short drive to the arena.

Wonderful, comfortable, but some staff...

Liked: Mercedes and Tamila were amazing. Helped with any issues we had or anything we needed. Those two went completely out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
Disliked: I felt as though the morning / day staff was not doing their job. Towels in pool was never stocked until Tamila came an stocked them night 3 there. The breakfast staff left a mess. Coffee area was not cleaned or stocked. Mercedes had to refill everything a few nights we were there.

Sub par stay

Liked: I like that they offered breakfast however, the omelettes were not good and they should have had more options. Potatoes would’ve been nice as well like diced potatoes or hashbrowns.
Disliked: Bathroom was dingy big hole above the vanity mirror as well very very squeaky shower door and extremely squeaky vent fan/light also the hot tub was completely filthy and black all around the walls they could clean that better and the area where the water flows in and out was really bad in the hot tub. The pool was not clean either.
