Disliked: Room wasn't cleaned properly

Liked: The free breakfast had a good variety of options.
Disliked: The room smelled unpleasant. You could smell cigarette smoke down the hall even though it is a non-smoking hotel. The bathrooms weren’t clean enough.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: No fitted sheets, so ended up on bare mattress during the night. Only 2 towels provided for 4 people both nights. No pool towels at the pool.

Great spot for families visiting...

Liked: The breakfast had enough options to keep the kids happy. Weekends are busy so you need to get there early to find an eating spot. The hotel ran out of towels for one day but they did their best to keep everyone comfortable
Disliked: I think the hotel was a bit understaffed for the week we went. This was an unusually busy time but the staff did their best with what they had and were very kind and courteous.
