Liked: The staff was very attentive, polite, had a problem with an employee who was nice but didn't speak English very good.
Disliked: Some things weren't explained that should have been. For example coming in after 10 pm had to card into the entrances.

Overcharged for a home game.

Liked: Location is great for ballgame or concerts. Restaurants around hotel were subpar
Disliked: Didn’t like that a staff member came into my room without knocking. Wasn’t cleaning staff because my room was already cleaned. Used her master key and we surprised each other. I was on my way to the restroom. Friday night there was a concert going on and my room was extremely noisy. Music was going on after midnight. No warning from staff as I checked in. Charged me $699 for an extra room which when my wife looked the day we started driving to the hotel, rooms were nearly $400 cheaper.

Liked: My stay at The Battery Hotel in downtown Atlanta was amazing. The room was exceptionally clean and very accommodating. The staff throughout the hotel was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful scenery surrounding the property, and the balcony view from the room was absolutely breathtaking.
Disliked: The only disappointment during my stay was the experience at the hotel bar. When I went to redeem my complimentary drinks, the bartender on duty had an unfriendly demeanor and made my partner and me feel unwelcome. Her attitude and lack of hospitality were not in line with the otherwise excellent service we received at the hotel. As a result, we chose to leave and enjoy food and drinks elsewhere in the Battery area.

Just an FYI (not related...

Liked: Everything was great. Walk right out back in the Battery and entrance to the ball field. All the restaurants in the battery as well as in the hotel there is no need to leave during your stay. The staff were more than nice and pleasant to work with.
Disliked: I honestly can’t think of anything negative.
