Liked: Breakfast and the bed
Disliked: staff that the ice maker on the second floor was not working making me come to first floor for ice. For 3 days nothing was done about it. Bathroom needs work and the ceiling paint was coming down.

Liked: Quiet,staff was great offered us a different room when we told them about our faucet leaking. Great location, different options for breakfast every day.
Disliked: Nothing really besides last night our neighbors but they can't do anything about that.

Liked: Decent breakfast both days, always hot water for tea which is great. The smell of the cinnamon rolls was very alluring in the morning. Hot tub was warm and clean and the staff were all just lovely and accommodating. The one time we tried to get tea at like 9pm, we didn't even have to ask when we realized the dispenser was empty, the front desk person was just suddenly there and refilling it. They were excellent hosts, for everything that was in their power to control.
Disliked: Be nice if the mini fridges had a freezer compartment for frozen items, but we made do.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a great ammenity. The breakfast offered a good deal of variety and was enjoyed by all of us. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: The fitness center was nice to have, but could use some updated equipment. Our room was located on the side closer to the highway and so there was some traffic noise that was noticeable, nothing really that could be done unless location of the hotel was moved.

Satisfactory One-Night Stay

Liked: We stayed for just one night and overall, the experience was satisfactory. When we first arrived, the room had a noticeable smell that required airing out. It seemed like the pillows may have absorbed the odor as well, but thankfully, the front desk staff—especially the lady who checked us in—was very accommodating and promptly helped us switch them out.The hotel communicated well regarding an ongoing issue with the water and even offered to let us cancel our booking, which we appreciated. However, since we were only staying one night and didn’t have any better options, we decided to stay.The pool wasn’t as warm as we had hoped, but the hot tub was perfect, and we enjoyed being able to go back and forth between the two. Breakfast was basic but hot and included a decent variety: eggs, meats, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, and more. Nothing fancy, but it was edible and convenient.The best part of the stay was the staff—they were friendly, helpful, and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. While there were a few bumps, the customer service helped balance things out. If you’re looking for a simple, short stay, this place will do the job.
