First Impressions are everything!!!!

Liked: Everything was great. Location, the room was very clean. Absolutely love that they had Dove products for our use. Would definitely visit again.
Disliked: The only thing was the initial check-in. The first lady I went to wasnnotnvery helpful nor was she very nice. I booked with a third party and they mixed up my first and last name. When she couldn't find me she made me feel like I was in the wrong. It took someone elsewith my patience to find me in the system and finish checking me and my family in. Hopefully she doesn't don't hate all the time.

Liked: I love the way the staff greeted us and showed us things around the place. I loved the way the bed was comfortable and everything was in place. Really enjoyed the dive buddy wash and hand soap.
