Pleasant stay. Will return when...

Liked: Room was clean and the gentleman that checked us in the night of arrival was very nice and made the check-in process pleasant, even after having issues with the computer system.
Disliked: I advised the property that I had my cat with me when booking, as well as filled out the paperwork when I arrived. I received a call from someone in my room the next day asking if I had a pet. Then I received additional bank charges that I was not advised of.

Liked: Cleanliness is always the top priority for me. The place does not only need to look clean, more importantly, it has to smellClean
Disliked: Waiting at the front desk for a staff member. The staff member who assisted me with my headache was phenomenal. He went the extra mile!
