Liked: The staff was very warm and friendly
Disliked: The hallways had an awful smell, like cigarettes and mildew, and the room smelt odd as well. There is no room service as well. Had to go up and down multiple times to get towels, blankets etc.

Liked: I always stay here.
Disliked: The management has changed making things difficult for the staff. Things were broken in the room. I was supposed to get points from IHG and never did! Not happy about that at all.There was also a theft while I stayed there.
