Great Stay! Would come again.

Liked: Clean, quick and easy check in service, easy parking, good breakfast!
Disliked: Water pressure was a bit low in the shower. But still tolerable

Liked: Location and parking was convenient. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The main lobby area was well designed and not overcrowded.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little disappointing around 8:30AM. When I arrived, there was a line waiting for the empty potatoes and sausage pans. A few minutes later, a tiny toaster oven tray of potatoes came out. There was also a line for pancakes. There were a few other food options to grab at that moment, but not many savory ones.

The front desk morning person...

Liked: The breakfast has variety and is good. The morning front desk is very helpful.
Disliked: The front desk staff from the night shift was very rude (Vanessa) We were clearly bothering her. Our plane landed at 10 and we had requested a shuttle. The instructions were to call the hotel when I had recovered my luggage. Since we were travelling light I called right away and asked for the shuttle. It was my first time in Tampa so I didn’t know the airport exits. When the hotel worker asked me where we were I had to ask someone for help but instead of waiting for my answer she hung up. It happened twice. Finally the shuttle gets to the airport and it’s identified as “veteran limousine “ therefore we don’t move. The driver annoyed tells us it goes to our hotel. There was an elderly man waiting as well and he gets in with no help from the driver. The driver never helped with our carry on luggage. He proceeds to drive like a crazy person. Ou bags were rolling from left to right. We get to the hotel and he doesn’t even acknowledge that the step is very high. In the end he’s pissed because we didn’t tip him.

Disliked: Perhaps easy instructions to request airport shuttle from the airport Would add more shades around the pool, as an open space was hard to use in the heat of the summer Would add more eating options in the small grocery they have next to the check in area
