Disliked: Pool was closed for maintenance

Very disappointed, feel ripped off....

Liked: We feel like we got ripped off. We paid full price for two rooms, pool was closed for repairs, fitness center closed, ice machine was broken, pancake machine not working. Bed had hair in it upon arrival, q-tip on the floor. No fan in the bathroom, makes for a smelly room. Not at all worth the nearly $300 we paid for just one night! Very disappointed. Staff were friendly that’s literally the only positive about our stay.

Liked: Location, convenience, and clean bed linens. The front desk staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned. The previous people who stayed in the room had shaved in the shower. This was evident because of hairs all in the shower, a razor head cover, and a used wash cloth was left in the shower. A yogurt was also left in the fridge. The indoor pool was also out of order which is one of the main reasons I chose this hotel to stay at with my children.

All in all was good...
