Disliked: My room had mold on the walls around the air conditioner and the floor was wet around the air conditioner. (218)

Disliked: I think the hotel is being neglected. We have stayed there severall times and it seems its beginning to run down. The plumbing g is slow. Our tub took forever to drain, meanwhile you are standing in the dirty water. One tv was missing channels. The room Just didn't feel clean like usual. I was disappointed.And wondering how it will be in another year.

Disliked: First room had a horrible smell. The desk clerk asked me if she thought it was something dead. The second room -that someone else had already told her had dirty sheets - did in fact have dirty sheets and a disgusting mattress pad. I know this because I had to change the sheets myself as they had no one to do it. Desk clerk said she was going to talk to housekeeping as she shouldn't have to be dealing with all this! What about your paying customer who is the one who is actually dealing with it????

Not what I’ ve expected...

Liked: Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast always good at HIE.
Disliked: They didn’t say anything about pool and workout room not available until after I booked and paid for room. Also the are doing major renovations on hotel areas. Also shower had minimal hot water, I told front desk, one side of bed sheets had stains .
