The room was smaller than I would have liked and was pretty dirty. There was food on the floor, dirty pillow cases, and hair on the bathroom floor as well - it looked as if it had not been dusted in a long time. Yuck!

Liked: It seems like it would was a nice hotel once upon a time.
Disliked: Many broken things and the staff didnt seem to care. At breakfast for example the pancake machine was broken and the lady working said thats not working and I dont know when it will be. The pool was in another hotel and the hot tub was out of service

Liked: Location was great, breakfast was great. the check in was exceptional, very friendly.
Disliked: Maybe a couple harder pillows, & when staying multiple nights having coffee pods replaced each day.

Disliked: Not the cleanest, tub didnt drain well, pool was offsite

Liked: Had a great time. Wish wed known the pool was at a separate hotel that we had to walk a ways to get to. But it was nice. Food was good, but pancake machine was down so that was a bummer for the kids. Great location and very friendly staff

Liked: Well appointed, friendly staff, convenient location, delicious breakfast
Disliked: The lobby restroom was quite dirty and the breakfast attendant wasn't able to keep up with cleaning the tables due to the overwhelming crowd

Good place to stay after a long day of traveling home

Liked: Breakfast was what I expected from a holiday inn. It is consistent. I didnt like to creepy walk to the pool next door. We used the restaurant over at the crown plaza but never made it to the pool.
