Comfortable

Liked: I liked that we had a room on the first floor near an exit we could use to reach our vehicle guickly. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was very efficient! I think the breakfast options were the best that I have ever had of any place I've ever stayed!
Disliked: The window curtains were attractive but the center curtain was very thin/filmy and the two end curtains, which looked like blackout curtains, were unmovable, or if they were movable I couldn't figure it out! I wished I had clothes pins with me to pull them together and clip!

Liked: Very nice location
Disliked: We took all of our things to our room and couldn’t get in because the keys had not been coded. My husband went back down and at that time asked if there was room on the 3rd floor. He was told there weren’t any rooms available. We just dropped our things in our room and immediately left for dinner with our son and family. When we came back I was unpacking and noticed the bathtub had black hairs on the side and the toilet did not look as if it had been cleaned either.Fortunately I had Clorox wipes and cleaned the bathtub and toilet before we used them. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident because this hotel is very nice.

Liked: It was my first time to the Shippensburg area and the location was great - close to the city and to the campus, but also close to shopping if needed. The front desk staff was very nice - greeting me and thanking me. The beds were really comfortable! And the free breakfast was tasty and just enough. Plus -- I saw Johnny Mathis as he left and that was truly awesome as I had just seen his concert the night before!
Disliked: My view was over the rooftop and I wish I had asked to be moved, but the room overall was very comfortable.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Only 1 elevator in the center of the facility. Parking was either on the left or right of the building (unless you have a handicap permit). So you either park on the side, go to the inside center and take the elevator or park on a side and use a key card to enter on the side and walk up the stairs to your room. I can’t do stairs well so I found the set up not very convenient. Also, the fact that it was raining didn’t help. There’s very little cover from the side of the building to the center doors.Shower head was so loose it sprayed water all over the ceiling. Had to tighten it by hand so it did spray out so much.
