Liked: It was clean and in a good location
Disliked: The elevator free fell on us and when it finally opened and stopped it wasn't even on our floor, my kids and I were so shook up we took the stairs the rest of the stay. When talking to the front desk they brushed us off we made a formal complaint through the website and still haven't heard from the manager. Also the AC in our room didn't work and there was visible damage like it had leaked and they had been replacing the carpet. When we asked for a fan we never got one and when we asked for it to be fixed they said they would send someone and it never got fixed. For the price and the name I expect better!

Liked: Clean and comfortable room, staff are all friendly.
Disliked: Don’t recommend this hotel as it’s located just near the freeway, too much traffic noise and the room is not noise proofing. And the traffic route is a bit hard and complicated to get to the place.We got a room just right facing the freeway, for the first night, and the staff helped us change to a new room for the 2nd night but still can hear the noise, can’t really avoid it due to the location.
