Liked: Clean and comfortable room, staff are all friendly.
Disliked: Don’t recommend this hotel as it’s located just near the freeway, too much traffic noise and the room is not noise proofing. And the traffic route is a bit hard and complicated to get to the place.We got a room just right facing the freeway, for the first night, and the staff helped us change to a new room for the 2nd night but still can hear the noise, can’t really avoid it due to the location.

Disliked: The floors are thin, making every step from above audible. The TV was broken, and the sink faucet didn't function. There were loud thumping noises all night. I contacted the front desk multiple times, but instead of being relocated, I had to suffer through sleepless night. I wasn't even offered a complimentary night to actually rest
