Holiday Inn Express & Suites Salt Lake City West Valley

A friend of mine joined us for the concert, but I only booked a room for 2. The staff member was very accommodating even though they were very busy. I will stay at this hotel again.

Liked: Friendly staff and clean rooms!

Very nice hotel.

Liked: Pretty much everything else was great.
Disliked: We thought the couch bed was going to be a double bed, so we ended up having to have one person sleep on the couch cushions on the floor. And the hotel had run out of extra blankets and pillows.

Liked: Price was affordable.
Disliked: Our first room had a smell like the carpet had been wet and not properly cleaned. The entire hotel has a similar smell it just wasn’t overbearing like our first room. The beds were very uncomfortable you could feel the springs in the mattress. We solely booked the location because of the water slide but that was closed during the week and only open on the weekend. Kids were disappointed!

Liked: Very kid friendly.Breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: We stayed in room 371 our A/C did not work very well. Our blow dryer was broke but was replaced. But someone must’ve gotten confused with the lotion and hand soap dispensers. They were both hand soap and we ended up being sticky from using hand soap, as lotion. Was a bit annoying in the past we have stayed we was able to take our kid down the slide with us but that’s no longer aloud so it was heart breaking for our kids.

Liked: Swimming was great although a bit crowded. Breakfast was good too.
Disliked: Pool was crowded.

Disliked: Very dirty bathrooms. The shower, the sink, the floors, everything! 🤮

Liked: The pool was highlight for my family. Everyone else’s family too, pool does get packed during certain hours. Room was clean, staff was nice. Definitely will be back.
Disliked: Parking is kind of small.
