Overall no complaints - the beds where a bit hard but that's just a matter of opinion. Would stay again if in the area.

Liked: Very clean; excellent staff.
Disliked: If I wanted to go towards downtown Raleigh I had to go down to the stop light and make a U-turn.

The room was nice; front desk staff was very friendly. The only problem we had was the smell of the room and the halls - it was a horrible smell!

Disliked: The pool was closed, that was the main reason for the booking. O could have paid $160 and stayed somewhere else with a working pool. I see.no benefit to continue to book with you. Had i booked with the hotel, I could have gotten a refund or discount on future stay
