Disliked: Even though I had fully paid for my booking, days in advance, before the check-in, they asked me for a $25 deposit fee. I was told it would be returned to me within 5 business days after the checkout. And yet, almost a month after I have not gotten the deposit fee back!!!

Lovely room, disappointing breakfast

Liked: The bedroom was clean, very comfortable and we appreciated the free transfer bus from the airport.
Disliked: The breakfast selection was very poor. There were no vegetarian alternatives, lots of sugar-heavy options and I was really disappointed by the lack of consideration for re-using plates and cutlery - all single use and no apparent recycling options available. This was very different to what I've come to expect from staying at Holiday Inns in the UK.
