I enjoyed my stay at the hotel! It was a short walk to the venue, and they offered a shuttle service if the weather had been bad.

Liked: The hotel was clean. The furnishings were up to date, and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: None.

Great Hotel to see Baseball...

Liked: So close to PNC park. Easy parking. Great breakfast. Excellent bar & restaurant a few feet from Hotel. North Shore Tavern & Mikes Beer Bar with Steak on a Stone! Fun!
Disliked: The shower doors were loose.

Great location

Liked: Very good continental breakfast, proximity to stadium was really great, also close to walk to a lot of other attractions in the city.
Disliked: Parking was a bit chaotic when we arrived so close to a Pirates game. More seating in the lobby for the continental breakfast would have been nice.

adequate but will not use...

Liked: Location, location, location. Breakfast was good and food service staff was friendly.
Disliked: Booking.com treated poorly. Initially given handicap room. Blinds didn't work, shower flooded bathroom. They blamed booking.com as why I was given handicap room.

Stayed for a quick trip...

Liked: Location was great. Across from PNC park. Some good restaurants near by. Very walkable to other sights in the area.
Disliked: Hotel is practically on top of the highway. It is very noisy . The room didn’t have bedding for the pull out sofa bed. No extra blankets or pillows for it either. Called for some to be brought up but only got a blanket. Hallways were stuffy and smelled like pot.

Great weekend trip!

Liked: Check in went smooth. Hotel was less than a block from PNC Stadium. Several nice restaurants in the area. We discovered our AC was not cooling the way it should. Notified the front desk and the AC was fixed within 4 hours. The room was comfortable, and the walk in shower was amazing! Staff was pleasant and courteous. We are looking forward to our next trip there!
Disliked: Breakfast area was a little cramped, AC needed to be fixed.
