I enjoyed my stay at the hotel! It was a short walk to the venue, and they offered a shuttle service if the weather had been bad.

Liked: The hotel was clean. The furnishings were up to date, and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: None.

The bed was super comfortable...

Liked: Like how close it was to my doctor who I was seeing the next day at 7am
Disliked: When we got there it was hard to park, our hand soap was out of soap when we got there so we had to ask for some but everything else was full

It was a great stay....

Liked: Location to stadiums and restaurants.Staff was great, especially our housekeeper on the 9th floor. Very engaging and asked if we needed anything multiple times, even while walking down the hallway. The rest of the staff was great as well

Safe and convenient place to...

Liked: Location for going to a Pittsburgh pirates game! I felt safe. Easy parking.
Disliked: Bathroom was not the cleanest. Door to bathroom got stuck on tile floor and it was hard to close it. There was mold around bottom of shower that was tried to be covered up by poor caulking. Light on bathroom mirror was half not lit so it was very dim.
