Need In Room Pay Movies - VERY friendly and accommodating staff, great location for Tempe Town Lake events

Superb

Liked: Everything was perfect! The staff were friendly, the room was really clean. The breakfast was good, and the hot cinnamon rolls were wonderful. The only issue for me was the Wi-Fi.
Disliked: The downside was the extremely poor and unstable Wi-Fi connection, making it difficult to use the internet effectively. Additionally, there were noises from the highway. The window is facing the highway. If you are sensitive to noise, do not book rooms on the highway side.

Liked: Very bad location, very much stay up all night, you can’t sleep, right next to highway, building need to be soundproof, only one way to get in from north side, bathroom very small.
Disliked: Dinning room.

Liked: Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel extremely clean. Ive read other reviews about noise - I disagree our room was on the first floor facing parking lot and it was very quiet. We did not eat at hotel but saw others eating seemed happy
Disliked: Only complaint if I were to come up with one and not a big deal our door to hallway did not go to floor. There was a good 1 from door to floor but really minor complaint and only thing I could come up with

Exceptional

Great location for airport, comfy...

Liked: The breakfast had good selection and I always like a hot breakfast.
Disliked: Although the location is just 5 min from Sky Harbour Airport, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel with this much traffic noise. We were on the 3rd floor and the freeway was literally just outside our window. Very uncomfortable to sleep as it was just so noisy even with earplugs.
