Fair

Liked: Location was close to where I needed to be. Facility was clean.
Disliked: Rooms were very noisy. Could hear other rooms. Toilets are too short, and need to be upgraded to higher, more handicap height. Breakfast started late on a weekday. Was not able to get any breakfast, and an 'early bird bag' was not offered.

Great stay

Disliked: The TV have a limit on volume that makes some shows hard to hear even with the big TVs they haveI think that adults should be allowed to access the pool and not tiberia after 10:00 cuz again we're grown ups and we shouldn't have a bedtime...... Lol

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was very friendly, Room was comfortable, breakfast was good.

Very clean comfortable rooms.... excellent...

Liked: Very clean rooms, in room single serve small Keurig coffee pots, plenty of space and very comfortable. Better than a lot of free breakfast offerings.Very firm comfortable bed with very comfortable pillows..There was a decent size TV in the room mounted to the wall with a very adjustable bracket which allowed the TV to be pointed to any portion of the room.Personally we love the walk-in shower room that was a part of our suite and the wife was very impressed that they actually used Dove soap! Overall a definite plus stay experience! Following list of a few personal dislikes are more a collection of suggestions than negative-stay affecting complaints
Disliked: The biggest and most important complaint which really should be checked into is that the Televisions volume is limited at 20 no matter how quiet the show is..... I realize they probably do this to keep you from disturbing other people. But maybe capping it out at 5 higher to compensate for some stations lower volume levels and leave it to adults to be respectful and not blare TVs in hotels.... Wifi had issues keeping up with a Roku portable but the connection was good...... just speed limited it seems The very low to the ground 2 drawer dresser isn't real convenient for my particular physical limitations of bending and stooping.. But we did have a standard room so I'm not sure if the handicap accessible rooms I have something different..Breakfast was ok ... there was eggs and sausage links and an auto pancake maker for hot food ... Better than most "Continental" breakfasts but ...... No trays to carry multiple plates back to your room.. And the same complaint I have about every hotel that I've ever stayed in with any sort of pool facilities.... **** I don't believe adults should have a "bedtime" when it comes to accessing the pool or hot tub areas **** especially considering there's no lifeguard And as long as the noise level is kept reasonable to not disturb other guests I don't see their being any reason that adults shouldn't be able to access the hot tub\pool after 10:00 p.m. especially since they are only accessible with a key card..Most of my " complaints" are really very minor things and my stay was very great overall
