We really enjoyed the stay

Liked: Great king suite, lots of room for family. The kids had a great time in he pool.

Liked: The gentleman from housekeeping was amazing. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and he went above and beyond to help make it more comfortable. He always had a smile on his face every time he had to come back to the room. The breakfast was very good, especially the pancakes.
Disliked: The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable!!!

Liked: Excellent breakfast!!!! Pool kept children occupied. Close to the water park. Lots of shopping and restaurants in immediate area. All staff were english speaking and accommodating.
Disliked: Granddaughter inform me that on the second day of our stay, the pool felt slimmy on the bottom. A hot tub would have been nice.

Liked: Perfect location! Close to everything ( less than twenty minutes by car to downtown and Carleton). Clean building/room and friendly staff
Disliked: No discount for 4am arrival. We had to pay for two nights. Had to request towels. Toilet paper rolls were 1/4 full and no tissues.Sofa bed had not been set up as requested (knew we were coming at 4am).
