Wouldn't recommend this hotel, left us stranded after lying to us about their shuttle service.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The shuttle service they lied about.

Disliked: When I walked into my room that was assigned to me, it had a smell like overdue milk. The bathroom was not cleaned.

Money hungry management

Liked: Rude staff manager was not able to accommodate earlier sent us to another of their location yet charged me for both hotels.
Disliked: Manager, unwilling to work with customer not accommodation at all !!

Liked: The rooms were clean.
Disliked: Parking…the spots in the small lot where small. Had to pay for parking and every night when we got back to hotel there were no spots left.

Liked: I had had a long day driving with my two dogs. I just wanted to get settled. The person on duty for check in was kind and helpful.
Disliked: Parking was horrible. It took 20 mins to find parking on one way streets everywhere around the building. I walked the dogs around the area the next morning and realized the sign for parking was 20 ft from the road, the sign was backwards on a one way street and a second parking lot away from the hotel. The day time supervisor came out "guns a blazing, ready to handle me". When she realized I wasn't angry and just wanted to explain it to her she calmed down somewhat but stated she checks that parking lot every morning. I asked her to check the sign the next time. She also stated there was parking in the back of the building. Yes, I was tired, it was dusk, and I was in an area I didn't know. Out of the four large signs in the back of their hotel the sign was remarkably smaller and yes I totally missed it. Lastly you have to pay for parking on your phone. I am Canadian and don't have a zip code. Thanks to the wonderful evening receptionist, I just entered the hotels zip and it worked. (In pic #2, the sign for hotel parking is at the end of the fence backwards)

Very good

Liked: I really enjoyed staying here. Every single staff member we encountered was absolutely wonderful. They approached every guest warmly and respectfully.
Disliked: The parking on our first night was terrible. We paid for a parking spot and then ended up parking on the street. The employees handled it well, but it was certainly a problem.

Liked: The hotel was clean and remodeled and nice--our room was great, comfy beds.
Disliked: There were dirty towels left hanging on the door in our bathroom. There was toilet paper in the elevator at tbe end of the night. We had to pay for parking, and the parking lot next to the hotel filled up quickly, so we had to park in the lot up the street a bit.
