Liked: The staff was great! Manager, Chris, tried to help me with a problem I had at another HIE location and very helpful. Our family of 10 enjoyed the rooms, delicious breakfast and swimming pool!

Class it up

Disliked: Remodeling near the front lobby. The furniture in the lobby was cheap and dirty.

Quality stay

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Rooms were roomy. The staff member when we arrived was super welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. My son thought the style of the room was epic
Disliked: The outlet in our bathroom wasn't working even after resetting the button. There was construction going on and the hallway was a mess. The pool was closed.
