Liked: We didn't have breakfast and don't know about it. Breakfast didn't appear to be ready when we left around 7 AM.The clerks seemed pleasant.
Disliked: When I reserved the room, I was told a small dog would be quite welcome, but we were told that the dog wasn't welcome on arrival. Thank goodness we live very nearby and were staying in the hotel only to be close to family members who were there.Cards to open the door didn't work properly.

Great place!

Liked: The place was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The breakfast and attendant were wonderful!
Disliked: The bed was good but a little hard. Otherwise, this place was wonderful!

Breakfast could be better

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: The Gideons Bible was not in the hotel room. This is the 2nd hotel that I’ve been in that hasn’t had one in 20+ years of traveling.The breakfast needs more fruit. Diabetics would not be able to eat anything.

Wonderful will stay here again...

Disliked: Pool was too small for the amount of guests the hotel can accommodate

Very good

Liked: The hotel was very quiet (which we appreciated), felt clean, the beds were very comfortable. It was a little farther out than was ideal for our visit but that’s more about our trip than a reflection on the hotel. If you’re visiting Oak Ridge or nearby we would recommend.
Disliked: Only critique would be the lighting. The lobby area seems a bit dark, which isn’t super inviting. One of the lamps in our room has a loose charging outlet but not a deal breaker.
