Beware, the pool room hosts...

Liked: The hotel cleaning staff was excellent at helping slove issues, front desk management not so much.
Disliked: Our booking was not what it appeared to be with the online booking. The front desk assistant manager pretty much refused to help saying there was nothing she could do. Upon talking with housekeeping they were able to reach out to a GM and get the situation sorted out rather quickly. The pool room left little to be desired with most surfaces rusting due to improper ventilation and the very STRONG almost breathtaking smell of chlorine did not help the pool area.

Liked: Beds were comfortable & breakfast was very good, nice variety and everything was fresh & hot
Disliked: All rooms were marked non-smoking but room and hallway had distinct smoke smell, which was a bit off-putting

Liked: The room was great and clean and comfy. Bathroom was spot on, jetted tube was amazing and bed was comfy. Nice setting and good lighting!
Disliked: Holiday Inn and Booking.com either didn't get a long, or the lady at the front desk was trying to scam money or steal it from me. I booked the room around 1 pm Saturday and the money came out of my account around 1:40. It was $231.66. 3 hours later, they're trying to TAKE ANOTHER $259.66.... And 2 hours after that, they try again for $259.66..... I declined both charges because I've already paid for the room THROUGH BOOKING.COM... AND THEN 2 DAYS LATER.......... FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES OF THE DAY, morning until midnight, HOLIDAY INN TRIES AGAIN!!!!!! TO TAKE 209.66!!!!!! 4 TIMES!!!! 2 DAYS LATER!!! AND THEN!!!!! Random $50 dollar charges have tried to be processed for me to accept it, but I denied them.... there is still MONEY PENDING TO COME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT!!
