Busted

Liked: Friendliest staff ever! I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness. But, and this is serious, if something wasn't broke, give it a minute, it will be. I gave this place a 6 score because the staff are really so kind, friendly and there to help with anything. And clean, this entire hotel, every room, space, office, lounge, just spotless and welcoming.
Disliked: Sadly, from walking into our room and not needing to unlock the door because it was busted, to not having a coffee pot (we had K-cups but no pot), if something wasn't broken, just wait a minute. The shade, in the room, doesn't open, the wires were clearly cut, disallowing it to be raised for sunlight. The door to the room was broken. It didn't align with the locks, so you could just open the door, anyone could. They came with a crowbar and doorhindge tool to realign the door, but to me that's ridiculous. The keyhole on the door was busted so anyone could walk by and peek in the room. The closet had a bar to hang clothes on, but it was only 1 foot above the safe, it wasnt at the top of a closet where it would normally be located but halfway down, maybe baby clothes could had hung in there. Lights were very dim throughout the room, the bathroom was well lit but the room was too dark to enjoy reading a book and remember we couldn't open the shade. If you don't plan to spent time in the room, I say, this is a wonderful place to rest your head, but if you're planning time in room, maybe another location is best.

Liked: The location was great! It was close to the highway and nowhere near any noise.The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable.The breakfast was good with many choices and the coffee was great!

Liked: Add this to the excellent online reviews. It was everything you'd hope for in a hotel off I95 (driving home from Florida). The people were friendly, room comfortable with all amenities, and included a hot breakfast (very good oatmeal). The dining space was clean and well supplied, and the staff friendly and helpful. Try the authentic Mexican restaurant nearby El Zarape - good inexpensive food.
