Close to Norton Healthcare Sports Center.

Liked: Comfortable bed; very nice bathroom.
Disliked: Traffic noise at times.

This was one of our very best hotel experiences ever. The Holiday Inn Expess was fabulous! Super accommodating staff; rooms so clean; breakfast was amazing and so nice to have the shuttle service. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! The staff had balloons and birthday cake for our daughter and upgraded us to a suite. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Liked: The location was perfect for downtown activities. We walked everywhere.
Disliked: That everything was key card accessible only. Bathroom and elevator. And I get it's for safety, but with kids and a family of 5 it's a little tough to maneuver.

Great Location!! Night staff needs...

Liked: Location, Location, Location - Breakfast, Breakfast, Breakfast , Parking Garage very close to hotel. We walked to Louisville Slugger Museum and Ali Museum.
Disliked: Night Desk Clerks need to find job they like, Young lady who checked us acted as if we were an inconvenience. Young man, Jordan was quite rude and very dismissive when addressing my concern that window shade fell as we were attempting to lower it.
