Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Lincoln Downtown By IHG

Seems like they just kept adding on more and more charges. It ended up costing over $200 and was barely in the room. Won't stay there again.

Liked: Clean and Breakfast.
Disliked: Expensive.

Liked: Our stay was exceptional!! The rooms were the cleanest rooms I've EVER stayed in. Thank you for being TOP NOTCH for our weekend stay! The front desk young man who worked the desk the midnight shift on 6/20 was very kind and so very helpful!! He went out of his way to answer all of our questions and took the time to explain everything at check in, in full detail. Thank you for making us feel welcome late at night after a long evening of traveling!!
Disliked: I noticed one kitchen staff member with a poor attitude on Saturday morning 6/21. I saw her walk over to the hot food & slam a lid down, in what appeared to be great frustration. Maybe she was having a rough day and some people don't close what they open. At the end of the day, I hope your day got better.
