Hotel staff made you feel...

Liked: Loved the staff! We were in Tennessee for our great-grandson's 2nd birthday. They allowed us to have pizza and birthday cake in the breakfast area. They even offered us plates, etc. (we brought our own). The staff treated us like valued guests!
Disliked: The busy traffic on the highway at night.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and I didn’t have to question if things were properly cleaned.The shower was phenomenal—great water pressure & temperature. The breakfast was very good and there was a wide selection of choices. We had a great stay!
Disliked: The only thing I did not like was the bed was not the best in my opinion. Our bed was very springy but it was not the end of the world.

Liked: The hotel is convenient to dining and shopping. Nicely appointed and personable staff.
Disliked: The rooms are not as quiet as I like. It can get noisy in the hallway. The doors are very loud when closing. The noise is difficult upstairs while sleeping.
