Liked: It was basic but cost more than the other hotels we've been to. We have no complaints about the cleanliness, service and comfort. Just that it was more expensive. It was easy to find. Location was also good. Parking space was enough.

Decent hotel, could work on...

Liked: Staff members were friendly, the manager Marlene was very nice. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast, there were lots of options. Breakfast area was kept well and stocked.
Disliked: We found tons of old food along the edges of the bed base and under the AC/heat unit. I brought this to the hotels attention and they said they would take care of the cleaning while we were gone during the day, since we didn’t want to move rooms. When we came back in the evening, the beds had been made, fresh towels were there, but all the old food remained!!!!!!!! I’d like to add that these were big pieces of food- a chicken wing, large candies, and a partly eaten apple. We got the night manager who came up herself and picked it up and got the vacuum. So our biggest issue was cleaning service and lack of attention. Had it been right after our first complaint I would not have submitted a negative review, but because they failed to make it right after bringing it to their attention, I was pretty frustrated.
