Liked: Most of the staff was exceptionally nice and respectful. A few were attitude prone, such as housekeeping staff and one smaller black lady at the front desk.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing, the pancake maker had an issue that an employee had to fix, it was all bland and honestly below average for a hotel. The pool was cold at times and there wasn't a temp dial. The room wasn't fully clean, there was a stain on the bottom of the pull out bed, the table top had a few stains, the main thing was the pull-out bed was uncomfortable the springs press into your back, its weaker in some places stronger in others causing you to be stabbed my springs because you were sunken in. The pool was generally small but it was okay, though possibly overtreated, the pool restroom was extremely cold it felt like A/C was on and blowing in there. All in all the experience was disappointing and kind of lack luster.
