Good

Disliked: Hard to find. Google maps sent us to a TGIF. Check-in clerk acknowledged this was a problem most people have in finding the location.

Poorly training staff, did not...

Liked: Staff (front desk) were not able to answer questions. They also charged varying rates for the same room within out family using (up to 100.00 per night). They could not answer diorectional questions. The staff cleaning tie sitting area was very disrespectful to a family member and was reported to the management. The management was made aware of the issues, but we still have not heard back from them. We will not be using this facility in any future visits to this area.
Disliked: Staff, ants and other insects in the room. When killed, they were not cleaned up by housekeeping.

Liked: We have stayed here many times and it still feels like a new hotel. Clean, bright lights and good parking. Getting to hotel is a little tricky but once here you’ll have no problems. Seems like a good value for $$$. Out of hustle of Gettysburg.
Disliked: Front staff could have been better. Curt attitude when asking about why our room hadn’t been serviced we were out all day. No clean towels. When asked for towels was told to come back in an hour. That was at 9 pm! Unacceptable.

Comforts of an uncomfortable room

Liked: Great central location when you want to travel to surrounding cities. Rooms were clean. Comfortable beds. Front desk staff was very kind and offered help and advice.
Disliked: Room door did not latch unless you pulled hard and kept pulling to make lock work. Cleaning staff did not notice this, so we came back with an open door to our room. There is no working vent in bathroom. After a hot summer day, an even hotter bathroom after showers is not ideal. Turned air to 70 and it kept climbing back up, centrally controlled? So we slept hot.
