Liked: Good room. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Staff inexperienced. I was double charged for my room. This has still not been resolved after more than three weeks.

Disliked: the worst experience ever. First of all thr room didn't have a fridge. The heating thermometer was disconnected. There was no hot water; only cold water. Most of the elec plugs were disabled and the ones that were available, didn't work

Disliked: Climate control in room difficult to set. Bathroom door on backwards, so it could be pushed open even when locked.

Disliked: our room was hot, ac not working. we left and did not stay the night. after a few days of trying to get a refund booking .com informed us that no one from your hotel was returning their call or emails. i had to call my crediti card and filed a claim for credit on my account.

We enjoyed the trip but...

Liked: I liked the breakfast and that there is shade at the swimming pool. I also liked the comfortable beds. The staff was also very friendly. Overall, comfy and welcoming.
Disliked: The hallway on the floor we stayed smelled horrible, like feces/sewage. Staff advised us some rooms were hot, fortunately our room was at a good temperatureThe pool was very dirty. I asked staff if they could clean it, which they did. But it might have not been enough because my 6 year old got really sick.Before the pool was cleaned the water looked very cloudy and there was debris/leaves covering the pool.My daughter was looking forward to swim the entire road trip there so after it was “cleaned” I let her go in. She told me she had accidentally swallowed some water which followed her getting a fever, stomach ache, nausea, headaches, and diarrhea for about 4-5 days 😔
