Disliked: After I checked in, I put my personal belongings in the room. I went out to eat. When I came back two hours later, the key card didn’t open the room door. I went to the front desk to inquire and found that the room had been provided to other guests. Under the guidance of the staff, I returned to the room to retrieve my personal belongings. Although I was provided with another room, I was very dissatisfied with this experience. How could the staff provide a room that was in use to other guests?
