Disliked: My room had little bugs in it I killed 6 bugs and then I seen another one 2 minutes later that was about 12 am, I called the staff and they found another room so I had to pack up my belongings again and move to a different room

Liked: Breakfast was great. Room was very comfortable. Loved the lighted mirror area.

Liked: The room was spacious
Disliked: While checking in, there was a woman (I assumed she was a customer) sitting in a chair talking on her phone yelling the F bomb and threatening to kill someone for several minutes..The gentlemen checking me in at the front desk seemed overwhelmed. Maybe some training on how to handle these kinds of situations would have been helpful. The bathroom definitely needed to be cleaned, dirt in the corners on the floor, ect. The room had no blinds to block out the sun.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The price was decent. The staff was nice.
Disliked: The pool area wasn't the best kept and there were no towels available for swimmers. When I looked under the beds to make sure we weren't forgetting anything, there was a bunch of wrappers/trash from previous guests. Makes me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. :(

Liked: Friendly staff, great location, room was spacious, well lit and comfy bed.
Disliked: Bathroom floors a bit sticky. Grout old, some parts of bathroom wall peeling, stains on the bathroom wall. But otherwise clean toilet, sink and shower.The blackout blind didn't roll down all the way so the room wasn't fully dark. This was tough for me personally as I kept waking up. This may be only applicable to light sleepers who are disturbed by light. Breakfast was average.

Liked: The staff was nice but that location has definitely DE-graded. I was here 3 years ago for my daughter 7th birthday and it was CLEAN, stood up to HOLIDAY INN standing but this last visit was a total waste. The FIRST room they had me booked for was not even clean the beds wasn’t made nothing after going to the front desk they gave me another room. The room was SUB-par, it was stains everywhere, hair in the bed along with STAINS and makeup, the shower curtain had thick red mucus on it. It was crumbs everywhere it just wasn’t up to $200 standard. The ice bucket was dirt, the pool was cold the toilet paper roll hanging off the wall, NO SOPAP FOR SHOWER! The dates on the soap, shampoo and conditioner said 8/14/24! it’s sad for a second experience when I had my hope up high to at least get the quality I received 3 years ago. I’m upset I wanted a refund but my daughter had a good time for the pool and I stayed but NEVER again!
Disliked: Everything! OVER PRICED FOR A DIRTY ROOM!
