Overall beautiful facility, but will...

Liked: This was conveniently located within a 12 minute walking distance to the Ford center. This was a beautiful and clean facility.
Disliked: When we woke up the next morning and was getting ready, we found live roaches on our floor.

Liked: Breakfast was very good. I did miss the cinnamon rolls.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Location, great bed and a hvac unit that I could control. The breakfast was really good, and the reason I chose an IHG express. I had stayed in one previously and loved the breakfast. Scrambled eggs were fantastic. Free coffee and tea all day.
Disliked: Overpriced but about the going rate for other locations booking for the eclipse.

Great hospitality at check in,...

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful giving suggestions to the local area.
Disliked: Parking was a little inconvenient but not that big of a deal.

Very good

Liked: Location, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was the best part. There was a really friendly lady letting us know what was available and made us feel right at home!
Disliked: Had a river view but there was an electrical/ power pole directly in the view…but still a good view.
