Liked: Clean, customer service excellent, and rooms impeccible.

Easy location and comfortable stay.

Liked: The breakfast was great! I am gluten intolerant and I had several good options to eat - the Oikos Yogurt (with flavors to choose from!), fresh fruit, and eggs were nice. If possible, please consider adding food allergen images to your food labels - like a no wheat, no dairy, or no nut symbol. Things like that go a long way for guests with allergies - which is becoming more and more common. I didn’t try several items that might have been fine for me because I wasn’t sure.
Disliked: I wish the parking lot was better lit - I was nervous as a solo female traveler as the parking near the building was limited and not well lit.

Liked: Rooms always very clean
Disliked: A couple of details with breakfast. Running out of things on more than one day, short of bagels, eggs, etc and took too long to re-fill. The other thing is the pancake machine, out of period the entire time we were there, worst thing is that this is not the only facility where holiday inn express has this issue. For the rate I would expect everything works appropriately
