Liked: Clean and comfortable, my kids had so much fun and didn't want to leave. Loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was amazing lots of choices to pick from
Disliked: The things sold there are way too expensive for a bottle of water and other pop's

Liked: Location was great. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, pool area was clean and towels were available. First day my room was not attended to but after I brought it to the attention of the front desk, my room was cleaned very well and fresh towels were left each time.
Disliked: Pool is a bit small

Too Noisy

Liked: We chose this hotel because of its location. The hotel was clean and facilities were adequate.
Disliked: We checked in and were keen to rest after several exhausting travel days from Asia. It was early in the evening to be sure but rest was impossible. The noise level was extreme, like having a bed in the middle of a school yard at recess. Various sports teams of children were allowed to run amok in the halls of the hotel. In fact, there was a full out hockey game right outside our door. When we called the front desk to share our concern, little changed. We called again and were told the hotel couldn’t intervene until after 10 pm according to hotel policy. We asked to be moved to a different floor and we were told the kids playing in the hall outside our door were actually staying on a different floor. It was super frustrating given how tired we were. Then there was a further issue regarding our bill and a double charge. It was resolved but I don’t think we will be booking this hotel again. Others may have better luck in terms of timing, but it didn’t work out well for us.
