My husband and I were not thrilled with this stay !!! A refund of some kind would be apropriate for our inconveniences

Liked: Comfortable bed and clean!!!
Disliked: Noise and the buffet was not well stocked our room key did not work- had to be let into our room by staff each time we wanted to enter our room !!!! Our Handicap parking spot was hindered by tree branches which needed a good pruning in order to make exiting and entering our vehicle safely and easily !!! We were allowed an additional hour for check out due to our inconveniences as stated herein during our stay.

Liked: Staff were polite and helpful. Convenient location. Room was very clean, bathroom seemed updated. Nice breakfast and little gym.
Disliked: Only minor complaint was a slightly noisy heating /ac unit, but again, minor nuisance. Slept without it disturbing me.

Liked: The staff is exceptional
Disliked: Power went out and there was no generator if I was alone I wouldn't have been that upset but I was with my 4 kids 14,12,7,and 3 so it was a horrible experience

Disliked: The power went out and there was no back up generator my phones died and I had no way to charge it other hotels in the area have generators so I dont understand why this one doesnt with no power the hat went out and I had kids with me all in all this was a terrible experience Ill never stay here again
