Close to Norton Healthcare Sports Center.

Liked: Comfortable bed; very nice bathroom.

This was one of our very best hotel experiences ever. The Holiday Inn Expess was fabulous! Super accommodating staff; rooms so clean; breakfast was amazing and so nice to have the shuttle service. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! The staff had balloons and birthday cake for our daughter and upgraded us to a suite. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Disliked: Nothing.

Rude and horrible front desk...

Liked: The location in downtown
Disliked: The rude and mannerless front desk manager. She is not supposed to be in that position. She's not patient and not willing to listen to customer issue or concern. She's aggressive and not fit for a customer service related position.

Disliked: The front desk manager is the worst in the world. She's very rude and lack manners. She is too aggressive and not willing to hear from you. I wonder what she's doing in a customer related position. Lack the basic customer service skills

Superb

Liked: The room had the best lighting in a hotel room I have ever been in. Most of the rooms we stay in have poor lighting, but this was wonderful, especially for women trying to put on makeup. I know this sounds silly, but especially as you get older, you appreciate the updated LED lighting, lol. I would have said it was an excellent stay but to no fault of the hotel there was a couple next to us who allowed their children to scream starting at 7 am in the morning and continue till they got ready and left for breakfast ugh!
Disliked: The screaming kids whose parents did not know how to say stop.
