Liked: We like the location.
Disliked: We didn’t like that the elevator was out of order our entire stay. Staff didn’t tell us upon arrival, it was only after we finished checking in that we were made aware that the elevator was out or order.

This is a great place...

Liked: The breakfast was great! There were many food items to choose from and the staff kept everything well stocked during breakfast. The room was very comfortable and the decor was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be staying here whenever I’m in Dallas.
Disliked: There was noise from the highway most of the evening. We heard what seemed like lots of loud trucks racing on the highway. It could have been the same fool driving back and forth. Our room faced the highway so next time I’ll ask for a room on the other side of the building.

Newly Remodeled

Liked: The location was perfect it for the event we attended. The rooms were very nice. Breakfast was real eggs, sausage, turkey, pancakes. I would definitely book this room again. The rooms very clean and spacious this would be a good get away hotel for a family with kids. There is a living room area with a pullout bed and tv and a bed room separated by the bathroom with a king size bed. This was among one of the nicest places I have stayed in Dallas that did not cost an arm and a leg. The price for the hotel was well worth it.
Disliked: The breakfast sausage was cooked too long.
